The Otubio app accesses the phone device address book to sync phone contacts so that users can make calls to phone contacts as well as chat with other Otubio users. It also enables users to be able to fast dial their phonebook contacts. The data is not used for anything else. and is only accessible by the Otubio app if the user explicitly accepts the phone contacts permissions.
