Otubio is a growing provider of Cheap International Calling Services which include calling cards, pinless cards, and mobile app calling. Due to continuous growth, we are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team

Customer Care Representatives on the Otubio team are responsible for ensuring Otubio customers get the highest quality service. Training will be provided to assist new hires in gaining knowledge about the International Calling Industry.

Role Expectations :

Respond to customer issues and complaints through email and phone calls

Transfer and document technical issues to the tech department

Record, update, and check customer accounts for unpaid invoices

Provide outstanding customer service by keenly listening and assessing each customer’s request

Qualifications :

Previous experience in customer service, sales, and telephone services

Capability to foster relationships with customers

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Call Center and VOIP experience a plus
